KYC Verification and Why It Delays Your First Payout

Documents you need to provide:
- Proof of identity: passport or driving licence
- Proof of address: utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 6 months
- Payment method verification: front of the card used for deposit (with middle 8 digits masked), or a screenshot of your e-wallet account showing your name and email
Upload these through the personal settings section of your account under 'Document Upload'. The standard review time is under 12 hours. Complex cases can take up to 48 hours. If you have not received a response after 48 hours, follow up with support directly.
If the casino has placed an operator limit on your account due to affordability or AML checks, you may also need to provide proof of source of funds before the limit is lifted.
You can only link up to two payment instruments to your account before full verification is complete. Once verified, this restriction is removed.
