Common login problems and how to fix them
Wrong password: Use 'Forgot Password'. After three failed attempts the account may be temporarily locked; wait a few minutes or contact support.
Account not recognised: Check that you are entering the email used at registration, not a secondary address. If you registered via a SkillOnNet accelerated flow from another brand, use the same email.
Page not loading: Disable VPN or try a different browser. Certain browser extensions (ad blockers, script blockers) can prevent the login modal from opening.
Affordability or AML lock: If the platform has applied an operator limit due to affordability or AML procedures, the account shows a restriction notice after login. Upload the requested source-of-funds documents through My Account - Upload Documents to resume full access.
Verification pending: If KYC is incomplete and a withdrawal is requested, the cashier will prompt you to upload documents. Login itself is unaffected, but cashier functions are gated until verification is approved (typically under 12 hours, up to 48 hours in complex cases).
